Holiday Division

A selection of my favorite design elements from the promotional material for our nationwide Holiday photo set locations. My main focus was to spotlight family photos to not just tell, but SHOW the experience we deliver. I was excited to create gifs and video content to bring life to our email and social pages.

The toughest challenge was a restriction on using Santa imagery, as our Santa actors vary from location to location. With access to posed Santa photos from a past company photo shoot session, I cropped the poses. With a bit of photo manipulation to ensure the suit color and texture match up, we are now able to use these face-less photos in our marketing material.

The first row features two previews of a mural for the company’s main entrance.

My most recent project was to update the wrap of a photo booth

counter for one of our souvenir locations, Hearst Castle.

This mock-up was shared with the client for approval.

Lastly, a short informative video to be featured on the main floor of

Skydeck Chicago. This task was to direct our attendees to the

Skydeck photo pick-up counter and how to access their images online.

Leading the art direction on our 2024 border, I was heavily influenced by Christmas

nostalgia and the thought of sending a letter to Santa. A few of our locations have a North Pole mailbox on set. I wanted to implement this design to tie it to the on set experience.
